Option #1
 Transparent  Translucent  Opaque
 What happens when light hits the object?   Light goes through the object.  Some light passes through. The light may be scattered, creating a blurry image.  Light is blocked, and a shadow is created.
 Can you see through it?  Yes, clearly.  Yes, but it will be blurry, or dimmer.  No.
 Example  A window.  Sun glasses.  Your hand, making a shadow puppet.

Option #2:  You could have chosen many different objects.  Please double check that your answers fit in with what we have learned about transparent, translucent and opaque objects.
