In Lesson 5.1, you will

• combine functions using addition and subtraction,
• combine functions using multiplication and division,
• compose functions,
• determine the domain and range of combined and composed functions, and
  
• graph combined and composed functions.

Coming into this Lesson, you should have

• an understanding of algebra and substitution, and
• the ability to graph functions.
