Introduction

When you think about it, foods are just a small part of what can be found in el supermercado. What if you are in un supermercado and you don't know the Spanish word for the food you want to purchase? You may be able to ask someone where a certain section of the supermarket is and then search for the food for which you are looking for.

Here is a quick introduction to some of the terms we will be learning this lesson.  Can you figure most of them out just by reading them?
