In the supermarket there are different options and different prices for many items. You have to compare quantity, quality, and prices to get a good deal. If an item is not marked, you need to ask for the price. Do you know how to ask for the price? Let's review some phrases that you already know.

Question ¿Cuánto cuesta la manzana?  How much does the apple cost?
Answer La manzana cuesta 50 centavos.  The apple costs 50 cents.

Did you know that there is a second way to ask for prices using the words cuál and precio? Review the question form below and its corresponding answer.

Example: Los Huevos

Question: ¿Cuál es el precio de los huevos?

Answer: El precio de los huevos es dos dólares cincuenta centavos.
