Complete the following question:

  1. Joanna needs to buy some chocolate covered almonds. She sees a 1.3 kg bag for $10.49. In the bulk section of the store, she sees them for $0.98 for 100 g. What is the better deal?

    Hint:
Step 1: Convert kg to grams
Step 2: Write the new 1.3 kg bag price in price/1 300 g.
Step 3: For comparison purposes, the bulk weight can be multiplied by 13 to get the same weight in grams.
Step 4: Multiply the bulk price by 13 to get the new bulk price in price/1 300 g.
