Determine if the set of data represents direct variation.
- Draw the graph
- Calculate the slope.

When the x-value increases by 2, the y-value increases by 15. The data also includes the origin, (0, 0). Therefore, the table of values represents direct variation.

- Any two points can be used to calculate the slope. However, using the point (0, 0) will make the calculation easier.
Let (0, 0) = (x1, y1) and (2, 15) = (x2, y2).
The slope is 7.5.
