Leo is considering buying one of two cars. The first car has a fuel consumption of 7.6 L/100 km. The second car has a fuel consumption of 6.9 L/100 km. Which car should Leo buy if he wants to spend the least amount of money on gas?

The first car with a fuel consumption of 7.6 L/100 km uses 7.6 L to travel 100 km. The second car, with a fuel consumption of 6.9 L/100 km, uses 6.9 L to travel 100 km. The car with a fuel consumption of 6.9 L/100 km uses less fuel to travel 100 km. Leo should buy the second car in order to save money on gas.
Jocelyn's van has a fuel consumption of 10.3 L/100 km. Jocelyn drove 1 720 km in March. Calculate the amount of money that Jocelyn spent on gas if the price was $1.31/L.
