In Lesson 6.1, you learned about the many ways in which relations can be represented. The following example looks at three different relations, with different representations, and their domains and ranges.

When stating a domain or range in list form, as shown in Example 2, the numerical values are listed in ascending order. As such, the first domain value and the first range value do not necessarily represent an ordered pair of the relation.
