Use the graphs provided to complete the following table. (The y-intercept is the point where a graph crosses the y-axis.)

The equations of the four graphs are listed below. Predict which equation corresponds to each graph.

If the graph and the equation of a relation correspond, the coordinates of any point on the graph can be substituted for x and y in the equation to make it true. Pick a point on each graph in part 1 and substitute the coordinates into the corresponding equation from part 2 to check your work.
