Choosing Your Film

You now know about cinematic techniques.  As an active viewer, you know to think about "the WHY" and "the HOW" to consider how cinematic techniques create a response in the audience.

You applied all of this knowledge to your 4.2 Scene Analysis assignment and throughout your study of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

Now it is time to go one step further.  In this section of the film unit, you will complete several assignments based on one film that you choose from the Approved Film List.

While some information about each film is provided in the list, you are encouraged to research each of the films further.  Choose one film from the Approved Film List that interests you.

Choose carefully.  All of the assignments you complete from this point on will focus on the film you choose.
