Here's how to cite an image:

Last Name, First Name.  “Title of Image.”  Year of Publication.  Name of Website.  Online.  Date You Accessed the Image.

  • text creator’s name

  • title of the image (capitalize the first, last, and all important words, and always place image titles in “quotation marks”)

  • title of the website, book, article, magazine, etc. where you found the piece, including a web link, if it’s from the Internet (capitalize the first, last, and all important words, and always place titles of longer texts in italics or underline)

Here's an example:

Azubel, Diego.  “Young Boy Wearing Military Sunglasses.”  2014.  ABC News:  This Week in Pictures.  Online.  Jan. 2015.
