Activity
Venn Diagram
Choose two of the Viewing Advertisement Charts to create a Venn Diagram.
You will compare how each poster makes you think about the product.
Consider the following for each poster:
- Who is the target audience?
- Why would that group of people like this phone? For example, image colours and composition contribute to why a group of people like this phone. Provide one adjective to describe why the phone appeals to the target audience.
- What other features are important for that group of people? For example, text contributes to why a group of people like this phone. Identify the main features under the white bullet points that support the key message of the advertisement.
- What other key features of the advertisement are similar to and different from the other poster you chose?
