Lesson 7: From Cave To Computer
Completion requirements
Unit 2
Get The Message!
Lesson

From Cave to Computer
Timeline
- A timeline shows a list of events and the time that they happened. This timeline example shows the year Maria was born and then lists important events in her life.
- Putting events on a timeline shows you how much time passed between different events. Timelines start with the earliest event at the top and events that follow are listed in chronological (time) order.
- Photos or drawings represent an important event and a short piece of writing tells about the event. The date or time tells you exactly when the event took place.
