These questions really make you think about how many ways people send and receive messages every day.

  1. Download the document Reader’s Notebook: From Cave to Computer.
  2. IMPORTANT NOTE: When the download screen opens:
      • Click the "Open with" button.
      • Select "Adobe Reader".
      • Click "OK".

Save

How to save a file for submission:

  1. Have the file open and select Save As from the File menu.
  2. Select your Documents folder as the location to Save In.
  3. Name the document. You will always name your documents in a similar way.
      • Use the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, then an underscore (_), then the name of the file.
      • In this case, the file name is Reader’s Notebook: Cave to Computer . For example, if my name is John Smith, I would name my file jsmith_cavetocomputer.

  4. Click Save. Your chart is in your Documents folder.
