Show What You Know

First, think about a shape you would like to create for your poem.


  • Think about different things you like to do, see, or eat. You might like skating or a different sport; you might have a favourite food or animal.


Next, think about words that describe your topic. You might add some of these to your poem.


Complete Using My Five Senses chart to help you plan. Add a variety of descriptive words in each sensory area in the chart to describe your topic
