  • Summarize this part of the story.
  • Answer these questions: How did the mood change in this part of the story from the beginning to the end of the section? Why did it change?
  • Leigh’s dad sent him some postcards of where he is now. If Leigh had a postcard to send to his dad, showing what was going on in his life right now, what would it look like? Draw a picture of something going on in Leigh’s life right now on the postcard in your diary, and write what you think Leigh would say.
