The Assignment

Your assignment is to make a new word by adding one letter to the original word on the Word Steps worksheet

  1. Make a new word by adding one letter to the original word on the top line in each cell in the chart. The new letter can go at the beginning, middle, or end of the word. Two examples are provided for you to use as a guide.

  1. Add one more level to these Word Steps by adding one more letter to the first word you created!

Save

How to save a file:

  1. Have the file open and select Save As from the File menu.
  2. Name your Word Steps file in this format: jsmith_wordsteps and save the file to your Documents folder.
