Add 30 minutes of physical activity to your schedule this week. Try hula hooping, new dance moves, or yoga. Volunteer an hour of your time this week to an elderly friend, relative, or neighbour. Try to teach yourself key words and phrases in a different language. Watch something that makes you laugh out loud, each day this week. Take 20 minutes and complete this meditation. How did you feel before, during and after?

Try to eat at least 5 different colours of fruit and veggies this week. Do you have a hobby that none of your friends share? Join a chat or group online with people who share your interests. Choose a few Canadian news sources or politicians and follow their Twitter feeds. This week, do 5 random acts of kindness (i.e., open a door for someone, take a sibling to the movies, etc.). Go for a nature walk. Reflect on the beauty of everything around you and the power of nature.

Are you sleeping less than nine hours each night? Add an extra 30 minutes of sleep each night this week. Make a date this week to spend some quality time hanging out with friends or family. Download an app, such as Words with Friends or Scrabble, and challenge your friends to word games. Make a conscious effort to "unplug" from electronic devices at least an hour before bedtime. Is your sleep more restful? Talk to a friend about his/her religious beliefs and what inspires them about his/her faith.

Flossing: a habit or hardly trying? If you don't floss daily, give it a try this week. Unplug for 1 day this week (no texting, video games, Facebook, email or twitter). Meet with friends and family in person. Choose a book, magazine, or blog, and spend some time reading around a topic of your choice. Put aside some time to do something that you enjoy this week. Let go of a grudge. Instead of focusing on the hurt, focus on what you learned from the experience.

Using an app of your choice, keep track of your nutrition this week. Or, keep a diary of what you eat and drink this week. What's happening in your school or community this week? Volunteer to help with the event. Learn a new word each day this week. Try to use it in conversation. Stressed about an exam? Borrow a stress ball and squeeze it while studying. Participate in an online yoga class like this one.
