ใใใใ is made in an iron like this one with many half circles. Once you put the batter in, you fill the circles with scallion, ginger and octopus pieces. Then you keep flipping the batter with the skewers until they're perfectly circular. You have to be quick!

There is batter spread all over the uncooked iron. Using the skewers, you pull the batter into the circles as it cooks.
