Step 2: View the Character Tutorial Video below as some quick review and to get some ideas about how to find textual evidence to support character traits.
Step 3: Read the short story "The Man Who Had No Eyes" on pages 328-330 in your
Sightlines 10 textbook.
Step 4: Complete the Character Placemat Worksheet for each of the characters found in this short story. Choose and download one of the provided formats to complete this assignment. Before you begin make sure you know the
difference between personality/character traits and physical traits and review the meaning of character values. For this assignment, you also need to know the meaning of a character foil.
