Oral Phone Interview with Your Teacher
You have done a lot of work! Good for you! Now it is time for you to chat with your teacher to reflect on your progress in the course and to get some valuable tips to help you prepare for your Exam One Midterm Exam.
Step 1: Review the 3.8 Scoring Rubric to see how your interview will be evaluated.
Step 2: Review the assignments you have completed and the feedback comments you received.
Step 3: Draft a quick response to the following questions, reflecting on your work and experience in the course:
- What assignment have you liked the most within your course to point? Why?
- What assignment did find to be the most difficult? Why?
- Using your Moodle Grade book, on what two assignments did you score the highest? (give the specific grades)
- Using your Moodle Grade book, on what two assignments did you score the lowest? (give the specific grades)
- After reviewing your assignment feedback, give two things that you think you could improve by following the feedback suggestions. What is your plan to make these improvements happen?
- What assignments should you review really well in order to prepare for the written component on your Exam One Midterm?
Step 4: With your notes in hand, call your teacher to discuss your experiences in the course. If you get voice mail when you call, please leave a message, but do know that you will need to call back again. Leaving the
exit interview as a voicemail will not be accepted as the assignment.
