In this assignment, think about how to take accurate messages.
You may use a computer or paper to complete this assignment.
When you are done, review for spelling and proper punctuation.

In this assignment, think about how to take accurate messages.
Answer the following:
1. Name two errors that the person in the video on the activity page made when taking a message. /2
2. In Lesson 6 — Activity 2: Leaving Messages, you made a call to invite someone to speak at a banquet for a local sports team or other group. Now, imagine you are that person's personal assistant and you are answering that call. Write three questions you would ask the caller to be sure you have an accurate message to pass along to your employer. /3
3. Design a notepad specifically for taking messages. What words or illustrations would your pad have on it to make it helpful for taking complete, accurate telephone messages? /10
