Completion requirements

The Assignment
Read the poems “The Tables Turned” by William Wordsworth on p. 229 and “The Lake Isle of Innisfree” by William Butler Yeats on p. 232 of your Viewpoints 11 textbook. In “The Tables Turned”, Wordsworth emphasizes all that can be learnt about life through nature and not through academic pursuits. In “The Lake Isle of Innisfree”, Yeats writes about leaving the urban life for a more rural existence which will bring him peace. Both texts examine the authors’ ideas on what it means to live well.
