Submission Instructions
Please submit your course plan proposal and do not log activity hours until it has been approved by your ADLC Teacher.
- Ensure that you have completed all parts of the proposal.
- Ensure that you have physical signatures on the proposal.
- Ensure supervisors are listed for every activity. Remember parent/family member supervision may only occur in a maximum of 2 dimensions.
- Scan all pages and ensure your digital file is a PDF file type. Your document should be a single file. Example: we need a single 4 page document. We do not accept four 1 page documents.
- After you have uploaded and saved your file, make sure your submission status reads, 'Submitted for marking'. You will need to click the submit button again if the submission status is 'Draft'.
- Check back to read your feedback. If you did not receive 100%, you will need to contact your teacher to get help in amending your course plan proposal to meet all the requirements of the course.
