This unit focused on economic globalization and sustainable prosperity and is composed of outcomes that allow students to explore the impact of various events on economic globalization. Students reflected on how globalization shapes identity, the economy and environmental indicators. Students also examined how contemporary society responds to the legacies of historical globalization.

The objective is to develop the skills, knowledge and understanding that are necessary for students to think critically and respond appropriately to the issue of sustaining prosperity for all people. As as student, you should also start evaluating your own actions and consider to what extent you should embrace globalization.
