- Recommend preventative lifestyle choices required to prevent and manage stress, including choices related to cultural beliefs and practices, by:
- describing the relationship of active living to stress management
- describing the relationship of proper nutrition to stress management
- describing the significance of time management skills to stress management
- describing energy level management skills, including sleep, opportunities for relaxation and methods of reducing anxiety
- Evaluating support networks and their impact on stress management
