UNIT 2

INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS
Intellectual wellness focuses on developing your brain. It's not about being super smart in school.
Intellectual wellness means that you keep learning in different ways. You can develop new skills based on your interests. You can develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You can be creative. You can connect with the arts community around you and learn how to appreciate art, drama, and music.
Let your curiosity run wild! Reading is one way to develop intellectual wellness. Watch YouTube videos or free webinars on subjects you are curious about. Attend a live performance of a play or a concert. It's all about choosing experiences that will expand your mind.
