There are so many ways to build your intellectual wellness by keeping your brain in shape. Any time you solve problems, you are exercising your brain.

When you need to learn something you have never done before, you are creating new pathways of knowledge that did not exist before. For example, when you get your first flat tire, you will have to look at the manual or go on a website to see how others have repaired it. But after a couple flats, your brain will have the knowledge of how to fix it without any outside help.

All these experiences happen every day, and they give you opportunities to learn to solve problems creatively, and then to use this knowledge later for future situations.
