Don't panic if you aren't good at drawing or pottery. The options for fostering your creativity are limitless. Listen to different kinds of music. Take an improvisation (improv) class in your community. Collect images that inspire you. Try your hand at
photography or slam poetry. Being creative allows you to find your voice and explore your views of the world. All these experiences contribute to your wellness.
