It includes understanding your values, ethics, and beliefs and living by them. Everyone’s journey to spiritual wellness is their own. A big piece of your journey is to be compassionate and to learn to accept others.

You can improve your spiritual wellness by taking time for quiet reflection through journaling, prayer, or meditation. You can appreciate the world around you by spending time in nature, volunteering, and appreciating the arts.
