In this assignment, you will create a presentation which outlines your experience in a cross training program you will undertake.

Tips for completing Cross Training:
- Choose your cross training activity from a different dimension than your activity.
- Your cross training activity can't be a workout type of activity from Dimension 5.
- Ensure you complete the planning section prior to completing Cross Training Activity hours.
- Keep your planned focuses to your cross training in mind as you complete Cross Training hours. Keep notes on both the positive and negative aspects of your cross training.
- Take one picture or video of you participating in each cross training area of focus (you will need 3 pictures/videos in total).
