Tips for completing Cross Training:

  1. Choose your cross training activity from a different dimension than your activity.
  2. Your cross training activity can't be a workout type of activity from Dimension 5.
  3. Ensure you complete the planning section prior to completing Cross Training Activity hours.
  4. Keep your planned focuses to your cross training in mind as you complete Cross Training hours.  Keep notes on both the positive and negative aspects of your cross training.
  5. Take one picture or video of you participating in each cross training area of focus (you will need 3 pictures/videos in total).
