Everybody has different nutritional needs.  Factors such as activity time of day, length of activity and number of activities in a day will all influence what you eat and how you eat.  Information is easily accessible on the internet, however, you must be careful to be sure that the information you find is from a reputable, research based source.  This course will provide you two places to start researching proper nutrition requirements for day of activity/games.

Canadian Coaching Association: This resource has multiple links which will enable you to research areas that pertain specifically to your own needs.

International Track and Field Association (PDF download): Although this resource is specific to Track and Field, most of the data can be transferred to any sport.

It is not mandatory to read through absolutely every piece of information in these resources but to focus on areas that pertain specifically to you and your sport specific needs.
