Critical viewing is similar to critical reading. Similar to writers, artists and photographers have messages they want to present. Someone has said, "A picture is worth a thousand words."
Look more deeply. What evidence can you find that will show you what an artist is trying to say? Keep these factors in mind when looking at and constructing any images.
Images can deliver messages that words cannot.
