There were many similarities and differences in the discussions and situations leading to British Columbia, Prince Edward Island, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Newfoundland joining Canada.

Your task is to describe four similarities and four differences in
the discussions and situations that occurred to bring British Columbia, Prince Edward
Island, and Newfoundland into Canada, and to create the provinces of
Alberta and Saskatchewan.
For each point that you provide, be sure to identify clearly the province you are discussing. - Consider the issues present for the colonists in these areas and the incentives given by the Canadian government to encourage the colonies to join Confederation.
