3. Read page 40 of your textbook and study the map on the page. 


4. Read Goods from the East and Moving Goods and Resources on pages 42 and 43 of the textbook.


5. Read the information on page 44 of the textbook, and study the map.

6. Look for the Apennine Mountains in central Italy on the map on page 45 of the textbook.  Look back to Italy on the map on page 44.
