For the disabled, electricity can be very important. Many people have difficulty moving, but electric wheelchairs and stairlifts allow them to get to the places they need to go without having to rely on someone else.

Electricity makes our lives safer and easier in many ways. Often, we do not think about it, but can you imagine what would happen if there was no electricity to run traffic lights? How could people travel safely at night without the light from electricity?
