Because communication is the whole point of learning a language, you know need to call your teacher for a conversation. 

Review the following tutorial to help you successfully complete the conversation assessment in Spanish. There is a link below with a detailed outline to help you prepare before you call.

If you have any questions at this point and would like to discuss how your study plan is working for you, contact your teacher.

Be prepared to talk about the following:

  • speak about classroom items and objects

  • express your likes and dislikes related to classes and school

  • say the time of day and speak about your school schedule

  • understand and respond to questions using correct verb conjugations in your answers

      Little or no comprehension of question. Incorrect use of language structures/previously learned language. 5 or more errors in language structures from this unit. Didn't prepare ahead of time.

          Adequate communication. Pronunciation errors exist, sometimes making it hard to understand. Unnaturally long pauses, possibly searching through resources instead of prepared / spontaneous answers.
            Limited, difficult communication. Pronunciation impedes comprehension of general idea. Many breaks or incomplete answers. Unnaturally long pauses, searching for answers, possibly online

             

            Remember - a conversation is a "two way street" !

            Exam


            You are now ready to take the Unit Two exam. You should do this like a real test - No Resources. This will ensure you are really ready to do the Midterm and Final exams (which are supervised, and no resources are allowed.)

            Take the time to review all of your notes, activities, and readings from this unit. You may also want to view the videos and replay the activities prior to taking the exam. 

            Remember to ask your teacher for the password to the exam after your Conversation Assessment.
