C. Using a Point to Construct an Angle
An angle can also be constructed using a known point on the terminal arm of the angle in standard position. Given a point \(P(x, y)\), the angle \(\theta\) can be sketched by drawing a ray from the origin that passes through the point. This point is said to lie on the terminal arm of angle \(\theta\) in standard position.
