Go to page 8 of your reader textbook, Literacy in Action 5.

- Why might a person read this poster?

- Predict: Look at the title, headings, and pictures. What do you think this poster is about?
- Pause and check: Read the first two sentences. Say them in your own words. What did you learn? Do you understand what you read? Were your predictions accurate?
