Geometry Unit Summary
Geometry Unit Summary
The cosine law is typically used when working with three sides and one angle. This contrasts with the sine law, which is used when working with two sides and two angles. The sine law and the cosine law are useful for determining lengths and angle measures that would be otherwise inaccessible.
In this module you used a variety of methods to determine unknown angles and lengths. Sometimes you needed to determine multiple unknown values in order to eventually determine the value you were interested in. In the next module you will use proportions to solve a variety of problems.
You have completed Unit 4: Geometry.
Please wait for feedback and marked Workbook components to be returned to you. Once feedback has been provided, request a password to access the Big Game! Quiz online. Contact your teacher to make alternate arrangements. While you are waiting for feedback, please proceed to the next unit, Unit 5: Proportional Reasoning.
