Canada from Space: Fishbone Diagram Activity
In the activity below, you will use an online graphic organizer called a Fishbone Diagram to organize your thinking about satellite images from space.
To begin, type the following KEY Question on the spine of the fish: How do infrared imaging and visible imaging differ?
Then, assign a section of the vertical bones to each of the four satellite images from pages 146, 147, 148, and 149 of Literacy in Action.
- Is this infrared imaging or a visible imaging?
- List one detail you notice about this satellite image.
