What Are Your
Hobbies?
In this unit, you will learn about and explore interesting hobbies and activities through reading and viewing a variety of texts and news articles.
You will be asked to make connections to your own interests and the interests of others. You will analyze news articles, media texts, and stories by using a variety of reading strategies. You will share information with others by writing your own news articles of an activity or interest that you like to do.
Sometimes you will record your thoughts in a Reader’s Notebook document you download, complete, and save in your Documents folder. Contact your teacher if you need help with any assignment.
