WELCOME TO THE HEALTH CHALLENGE!
Throughout the entire course, you will choose and complete at least one challenge for each dimension of health: physical, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. The goal here is to consider your current well-being and try different ways to improve your overall well-being.
Once you have completed a challenge add a note in your notebook. In Unit 2 you will be prompted to reflect on your experience as you completed the health challenges. Use the Notes section below to record which challenge you completed for each dimension of health. Include your brief, general observations about your experience in completing each challenge. These notes will help you complete your assignments in Unit 2.
Here's what you do:
- Review all the Health Challenges.
- Select the challenges that interest you and that you know you can complete.
- Complete one challenge at a time.
- Once you have completed a challenge, click the COLLECT button below the challenge.
- Download and save your badge.
- In the Notes section, record which challenge you completed for each dimension of health.
- In the Notes section, record your observations in completing each challenge.
- Follow this process until you have completed a minimum of one challenge per health dimension.
- Return to these notes in Unit 2 to help you complete your assignments.
