the place to go to find all sorts of different seafood and foods that can be served with fish.
Fish markets often start very early in the morning (at least around 4 am) when buyers from restaurants go to the market to select and buy large quantities of fish and seafood. The markets open to the general public a few hours later.
If you visit Tsukiji market, it's extremely busy in the morning with buyers, shoppers and tourists.
You can often find seafood restaurants (most specializing in sashimi and sushi) around the fish markets as well as food stalls which offer both cooked and raw foods.
