WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE HEALTHY?
Does it mean you eat well? Or perhaps that you have good friends?
There are five different dimensions of health that we will explore in this unit:

Physical
-
Emotional
-
Intellectual
-
Social
-
Spiritual
In order to be truly healthy, you need to be "well" in all five dimensions. You may spend 60 minutes a day being active, but if you are isolating yourself from all your friends and family, your overall health is going to be affected. In this way, the
dimensions affect one another. It is important to maintain harmony throughout the dimensions and work at bettering yourself overall, rather than in just one area.
