Follow these instructions for both stories.
You have five activites:
- view a video about prefixes and suffixes
- complete a prefixes and suffixes practice page
- play a game about inferences
- complete new Word Wall Words activity
- add to your ongoing Courage Mind Map Assignment

Practice with Suffixes
In each sentence you see a blank space, and under the blank space is a root word. Add the correct suffix to the root word, then type it in the blank.

Write each of these suffixes on a piece of paper: ful, able, ly, less,
est, ing. Try adding each one to the root word under the sentence until you find the one that works.
Game
Practise your reading skill of inferring by playing the second version of the game you played earlier:
Inference Game.

Add information about courage in either “Catch the Dream” or "Charlie's Story" to your Courage Concept Map.

Click the coloured tabs to view the Mind Map and Online Tools for this assignment. Concept Map
Follow these instructions to add another box to your Courage Concept Map.
- Open the Internet on another page.
- Go to your bookmarked Courage Concept Map page.
- Write in a new box about either Catch the Dream or Charlie's Story. If you read both stories, add a box for each one.
- Remember to save your work.
