Section One: Write a Poem

The first part of your Assignment 1-4 is to write a poem.

A repetition poem is a poem that repeats a syllable, sound, or words, sentences, and phrases. Repetition creates expectation and rhythm. This poem will be a conversation between two characters. Review dialogue in Lesson 10: Going with the Flow.

Instructions for saving Assignment 1-4

How to save a file for submission:

When you have completed Assignment 1-4, save it.
Select your Documents folder as the location to Save In.
Name the document. You will always name your documents in a similar way.

Use the first letter of your first name, followed by your last name, then an underscore (_), then the name of the file.
In this case, the file name is 1-4-poem. For example, if my name is John Smith, I would name my file jsmithla5_1-4-poem.

Click Save. Your file is in your Documents folder.

Instructions for submitting the worksheet to the teacher.

Submit your file to the teacher:

Your completed Assignment 1-4 is for marks.
Click on the Add Submission button to upload your document.
