We have built a question package and video library to help your prepare for your upcoming exams.

You can print off the question package one unit at a time, or as one large package. The answer for each question is to the right of the question. If you are unable to get the correct answer answer, please click on the question link to view the solution in our video library. Each question has been fully worked out to help show all of the steps needed to solve the question.

Please print off a copy of the course formula sheet to use while you are working on questions. It is the same as the formula sheet you will be given on your three supervised exams, but it includes extra information highlighted in red that you should memorize. This way you will become familiar with what is provided on the sheet and what is not provided (but you need to memorize). Once you get into your exam, write the extra information on the clean formula sheet provided with your exam and you are ready to start!

Exam Advice:

  • If you have a paper exam, always write your work next to each question. This makes it easier for you to see what you have done when you come back later to check your work.

  • If you get stuck on a question, put a star beside it and come back to it later. Going through the rest of the exam may give you an idea for how to complete the question you were stuck on.

  • The Diploma exam normally starts out with three questions on Logic and Reasoning. In the past, we have found that these questions can take a bit more time to solve than regular calculation questions because you may have to try every scenario given to see what the answer is. Students may want to consider completing the Logic and Reasoning questions after they have completed the rest of the exam questions. Then come back to the Logic and Reasoning questions and complete them with your remaining time.

  • Once you have done all of the questions, go back and make sure that you have answered each question on the exam and have filled in the circle on the Diploma answer sheet you meant to. If you have time, review your work for each question. Only change your answer if you find an error in your earlier work. If you don't know how to do a question, try and cross out answers that don't make sense, then guess! Do not  leave a question blank, your guess might be correct!

Exam Two Policy
It is essential for students to demonstrate consistency and integrity in their coursework, quizzes, and supervised exams. If a discrepancy of 25% or larger exits between a student's final exam mark and the mark earned for their accumulated coursework, the student's final exam mark will become their final course mark. An appeal exam is available upon teacher approval.
